Posted from Ireland within two working days

Orders are posted from Ireland by An Post. Ireland usually arrives in two to three working days, the United Kingdom in three to five, and the rest of Europe in five to eight. These are An Post estimates rather than guarantees.

We do not currently post outside Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Packaging

Single cards are sent flat in a rigid board envelope. Sets are sent in their box inside an outer mailer. Board and paper throughout.

If something arrives damaged

Email hello@morva.ie within fourteen days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to post a damaged card back.

Changing your mind

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or the UK you have fourteen days from the day the parcel arrives to cancel the order, and a further fourteen days to return the goods. You do not need a reason. Tell us by email at hello@morva.ie before the first fourteen days are up.

Return the cards unused and in a condition we can sell them in. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was damaged or wrong. Once the return arrives we refund the price of the goods and the standard outward delivery charge within fourteen days, to the card you paid with.

Wrong item

If the wrong card arrives, email hello@morva.ie and the right one goes out the same week at no cost to you.
