Privacy

MORVA runs this shop from County Wicklow, Ireland. This page explains what happens to your information. It is short because very little happens to it.

What is collected

  • When you buy something: your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never seen by this site or by MORVA.
  • When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • When you browse: anonymous page view counts through Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.

What is in your bag is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent anywhere until you go to checkout.

Who processes it

  • Stripe Payments Europe, for taking payment and sending receipts.
  • Vercel, for hosting this site and counting page views.
  • An Post or the carrier named on your parcel, for delivering it.

Why, and for how long

Order information is processed to fulfil your order and because tax law requires records to be kept. Those records are kept for six years. Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Email hello@morva.ie and you will get an answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
