Who you are buying from

Prices

Prices are in euro and are shown in full on each product page. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay, and the total you approve on the Stripe page is the total that is charged.

Placing an order

Adding something to your bag is not an order. The contract is made when you complete payment and receive a confirmation from Stripe. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, you will be told and refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. MORVA does not see or store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times, costs and your fourteen day right to cancel are set out on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Artwork and copyright

The illustrations, captions and the MORVA name are owned by MORVA. Buying a card does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Cards may not be reproduced, resold as prints, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow that.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not remove the protection of your own country's consumer law.
